Shipping & Return policy

SHIPPING POLICY

MedicalBazzar ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 2-3 Days.

Cash on Delivery Charges: A fixed COD charge of Rs.150 is applicable on all orders which you place on Cash on delivery [These charges will be removed if you will make the payment online (through your Debit/Credit Cards)]

The shipping charges can be modified by MedicalBazzar at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout page. 

Every once in a while, MedicalBazzar brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer. 

Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 7 to 8 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays).

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra. 

International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India, You can send us your requirement at support@medicalbazzar.com & we will forward it to the concern company who ships products out of India.

Tracking Packages: We will mail you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.


Returns Policy

 

Return Period of 10 days after Delivery is applicable if product received is Defective or Damaged or Not as Described.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request by log in into your account or can email us on support@medicalbazzar.com within the applicable Returns Policy period. In a rare event of the replacement being defective/damaged or not as described on the product page, a full refund will be provided by the seller once they receive the product.

Returns Processing

 

If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on MedicalBazzar, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call. The seller will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.

In case the product is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by the seller.

Returns Pick-Up

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions.

1.      Correct Product

Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

2.      Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories

3.      Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable)..

4.      Undamaged Product

5.      The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

6.      Undamaged Packaging

Product's original packaging/box should be undamaged.

Refund Policy

 

The refund process will be initiated only once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.

If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. Please ensure that the details that you enter is correct. MedicalBazzar will not validate a Bank Account number and is not responsible for funds transferred to an unintended recipient.

Shipping charges and COD charges will not be refunded back if the pick-up has been arranged by us. In case of self return, we will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower.

If an order has been purchased using EMI then we will refund back the amount to the bank account of your choice. Bank details will be taken during refund process. . For any queries regarding foreclosure/ pre-closure of your EMI transaction or on amounts charged on your credit card, please contact your bank.
